Managers winter/bad weather clothes in career mode

Hi there! Just wanted to know if it is only me or does anyone else find this annoying. When choosing a real manager for career mode, everytime you are in the winter time or on a rainy day, he will not wear a coat or jacket. I hope that EA will fix this bug soon cause it is there for the last several years…
