Match fixing

I've had games where my team play slower, are slower to react and every pass is cut out whilst it's the opposite for the opposition player, it always happens in rivals but ea says it isn't match scripting. If it's not match scripting then what is it? because it clearly fits the definition of what match scripting is and it's definitely not my super fast Internet. I want an honest answer
