Missing ballon dor packs still

Apperntly there was a worldwide problem where som people didnt get their packs from the ballon dor objevtive. I was one of them, but now everybody apperntly have been compensated on the 25th of november, but still not me. please just fix this it has nearly been a month since i was supposed to get my packs
