Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing items or rewards here in the Answers HQ community, Typically it can take up to 24 hours for your content to appear. 

 

 If you are still missing your items try restarting your game and device to check if you notice any updates.

 

If not you will want to contact our support with your Purchase Information to take a further look.  

  

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select EA Sports FC 25
3. Select the "See all help topics"
4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
