Missing players and sbc pack

Hello guys before yesterday I connected to my web app just to try the sbc of hero . I went to pack of 87 I put all squad I pressed continue they take my players and I had message like error try again or something like that . I closed the app and I opened again I didn’t find my players and they didn’t put that I finished this pack 

I was waiting more than 24 hours and still nothing 

can anyone help ?
