Missing players!!

Hi EA Support,

I was in the process of completing the 88+ Icon Upgrade SBC. I had already finished and submitted both of the required 87-rated squad challenges, and I received the corresponding rewards packs, which are currently in my store.

While I was finalizing the 88-rated squad, the daily content update happened at 1 PM Eastern. When the SBC updated, it reset entirely. The challenge disappeared and then reappeared, but the progress I had made was gone. The two 87-rated squads I had completed are now locked again, even though I had submitted them and received the rewards.

Additionally, the players I had already placed into the 88-rated squad are now missing from my club. I didn’t submit the squad yet, so they shouldn’t be gone.

Can you please look into this? I’d appreciate help recovering my progress and the missing players.
