Missing welcome back rewards
Hi all,
Preordered the game on my same account as last year and I do not have the welcome back rewards?
Anyone else in the same situation?
Tried EA support, but just sent me here.

I had the same problem and I do not know why
- @Vixonz Same here,I got no any packs and transfer market also missing,Seems no use of webapp at this point,PC platform FC 25
yeah i spoke to ea customer support and they were useless just said we have no info on this
spoke them them again and they have stated that i will get the rewards when i launch the game
- market is locked and welcomeback pack missing

i needed to talk to them for like 2 hours and i now got 50k coins on my account
