Missing Zidane Evolution Reward Despite Playing in Week 1

Hi EA Team,I noticed that I didn’t receive the Zidane Evolution reward, even though I played EA FC 25 during the first week. I’ve ensured my account is active and met the requirements, but the reward hasn’t been added.Could you please look into this issue for me? @shakerramahii to get zidane you must be a club member. i.e. have played FC24 and FC25 prior to the stated dates. (https://www.ea.com/en/games/ea-sports-fc/fc-25/news/fc-25-club-membership )

“Available to fans who have played EA SPORTS FC™ 24 before September 26, 2024 at 11:59 PST and play EA SPORTS FC™ 25 before October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PST.”
