I believe I now am having that same issue. I was grinding the futties player picks and submitting 89’s into the dupe exchange then doing player picks. Long story short I think I might be banned and I cannot get ahold of anybody at EA. Can somebody please advise what to do to 1) check and confirm my ban status and 2) if I am banned to get me unbanned as I did nothing wrong.
