My account was not only wrongly blocked but also impossible to appeal!
A few days ago, I unexpectedly received an email informing me that my FC25 account had been temporarily suspended due to suspicion of transferring in-game currency. However, I assure you that I have never engaged in any gold trading or transferred gold to other accounts. This suspension seems completely unfounded. Moreover, the fact that my account uses an email address with the 163.com domain has exacerbated the situation, as this address has been blocked by EA and thus cannot send emails. Therefore, I am currently unable to submit an appeal or establish contact with customer support. This puts me in a difficult position, as this account has been in use for four years, during which I have devoted a significant amount of time and resources every day. The current situation is extremely distressing. I am very grateful for any guidance on how to solve this problem, even if it only involves successfully contacting customer service.104Views0likes8CommentsUrgent proposal for the company
Hi EA Sports team, I’ve been a big fan of your football games for years, and I really enjoy the gameplay experience you’ve built with EA FC 25. But I wanted to share something that’s been bothering me for a while now. I’m honestly disappointed that important international tournaments like the FIFA Club World Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations aren’t included in the game — especially when they’re happening in real life. These tournaments mean a lot to football fans around the world, not just in Europe or North America. I think many of us were hoping to see them added through updates, even if it’s just as offline modes or seasonal content. It would make the game feel much more complete and inclusive. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration for future updates or titles. Thanks for all the work you put into the game — just hoping you can give more love to global football too. Hello EA Team and Community, My old PlayStation Network account (Yosef_1515) was permanently suspended due to a violation of the Code of Conduct. The message that caused the ban was sent by my young child without my knowledge. As a result, I lost access to my EA account, which was linked to that PSN ID. That EA account includes years of progress, content, and achievements in EA SPORTS games. Unfortunately, since the PSN account is now permanently suspended by Sony, I have no way to access my EA data. I have created a new PSN account and a new EA account (email: [edit: email address removed]) and I kindly ask for a one-time manual solution — either by transferring the progress or linking my old EA account to my new PSN. I contacted support and they confirmed that such exceptions have been made before for other players, but currently, no official tool exists. They advised me to post here so the Community Managers can see the issue and potentially escalate it. If anyone else has gone through this, please comment so EA can understand how many players are affected. Case number: 213789380 Thank you for your attention and understanding.43Views0likes3CommentsUT Champions Starting Time
First of all, I want to thank the EA team for listening to the community and making positive changes recently — like reducing the FUT Champions match limit from 20 to 15, improving reward accessibility, and adjusting gameplay for both casual and competitive players. We truly appreciate these efforts. However, I would also like to bring attention to one issue that still creates problems for a large portion of the player base — the start time of FUT Champions. Currently, it begins every week on Friday at 7PM (CEST). While that may work for some, it is extremely unfair for players who work night shifts during the weekend, like myself. I kindly suggest changing the start time to Friday at 00:00 (midnight) — meaning the start of the day, Thursday night into Friday. This would allow all kinds of players — morning, afternoon, evening, and especially weekend night-shift workers — to access and enjoy the mode more freely. EA has often mentioned server load or matchmaking balance, but a midnight start would actually spread traffic more evenly across the day. It would reduce congestion, not increase it. Streamers would benefit as well. They could start FUT Champions streams right at midnight and focus on content releases and promos later in the day, instead of everything happening at once at 7PM Friday. Let’s also consider that weekends are busy — people travel, spend time with families, or simply have limited availability. Compressing 15 intense matches into a short, rigid window limits accessibility for many dedicated players. Giving us from Friday 00:00 until Sunday night (or even Monday morning) would be a much more flexible and inclusive approach. Again, we’re not asking for new rewards or content — just fair timing that considers people’s real-life obligations. You’ve already made good progress with recent changes, and we hope you’ll continue by improving this one as well. Thank you for your time and for listening.20Views0likes0Comments
