My ea fc 25 beta code does not work

I used my code and my Xbox said it should be downloading, ea fc 25 is not downloading and is not appearing in my games and the code says it has already been redeemed, what should I do ?

I had the same problem it is because it isn't called ea fc 25 on the xbox you can find it in games and apps under "lorem ipsum" which is placeholder in Latin basically its because it isn't the full game so it isnt named correctly hope this helps

I’ve got 2 of these, one is 47 gig and the other 52 … just hoping it doesn’t break my Xbox 😅

  What was the solution? I searched for the "lorem" thing and it brought up the tv show "Person of Interest" for sale. What did i do wrong?

    For anyones reference on Xbox its in:
    Full library > Owned games > Scroll down to "L" and it is names Loremlpsum25_XSX
