Did you unlink the Xbox account from his EA account to link it to yours?

      @e_matos12,

      The issue is that the FC points that come with the Ultimate Edition are only on the account that bought it, and if you unlink the account and then link it to another EA account it doesn't carry over any progress, so FC points would be left behind.
