National team in career mode FC25

Hi,
In general, the lack of national teams is a big problem in career mode, it would be good if most national teams were available at least in career mode or even in kick off. I understand that there is a problem with the licenses in relation to certain teams, but as in the case of the club, it would be much better if it was possible without the real logo and uniforms. Is there any type of problem here?
There are many good teams missing, but I'm from Georgia and I'm interesting what kind of problem is there in adding the national team of Georgia? Is it a license violation or a restriction from EA?
