New season the same old boring dross

BeridianNithron​ so true! I struggled through the gsmeplay in rivals last night. Ended up winning & didn’t enjoy a single part of it. This game is so bad it’s not even fun when you win! do you know how damning that is lol 

To me, the gameplay is the game. Packing good cards is great and all, but what's the point if they all feel like trash anyway? EA have pushed the game to the point that actual matches are just a minigame to get through so you can get your new cards. Just think about it, you are actually relieved if your opponent rage quits. That is sad.

KingSimeon89.......I'd say at least you can get a modicum of enjoyment with the menus stuff as insane as that seems and it shouldn't be that way , but this game is slowly dying out anyway and the casuals are leaving in droves, without evos and SBCs there's literally no redeeming feature and it'll be as dead as a dodo 

onepunchko​ agree with you. However, Do you really think this game can survive with the dreadful gameplay we have to endure?? No matter how great the SBC’s/EVO’s are 

They are ruining the market.  Almost every good card is discard price. It’s why you are bored of the content.  It’s why ea keeps making the packweights better more promos evos sbcs. It devalues good cards and the worst part is the community wants them to devalue cards even faster. Someone posted they just spent 500 dollars and got all discard cards. 

The gameplay is absolutely atrocious so without SBCs or evos the game is totally finished and everyone bar the absolute hard core will leave and never come back, everything good in the game is removed and replaced with garbage , the league SBCs for example rewarding players on completion many years ago were removed for absolutely no reason , the icons you had as SBCs to complete through the year removed again for no reason.

Do you really think this game can survive without SBCs and Evos???

Absolutely no chance.

We get to much now that it has the reverse effect. When we had no rewards sbcs evos and promos we actually enjoyed informs and the few promos they had. 

I think it’s time to remove all of them or at least limit them.
