No acess to transfer market on pc

So I started playing the game on pc 2 and a half months ago . Since then I completed the objectives for the transfer market did what a ea employee told me to do. Play 7 games a day and still no access. I don’t have access to the web app or in game transfer market . Ea please fix this bug or I for real might crash out lol .
