No update on case after 7 days/live chat not working
I have an open case due to my account being hacked and my FC25 players and coins being stolen EA confirmed this and advised id receive everything back (proof of this in a live chat with advisors) the case was opened on the 17/10/24 and I’ve had neither my coins or players returned, now every time I try to to live chat it kicks me back to the Home Screen of the EA website any help would be appreciated the case number is 192364315
