This game and its employees are a joke. There is obviously a problem with squad battles that’s been going on for weeks if not months. The last two I’ve played 3 days apart I have been winning and then randomly got disconnected and surprise surprise when I go back in I lost 3-0. This doesn’t happen in any other game mode and cost points and rewards every week! Sort it out instead of giving **bleep** responses about our connections. The issue is EAs they just don’t do anything about it. As soon as you score and see a faceless card as scorer you know it’s happening. Crap game and even worse customer service!How many threads does it take to get something done??.I've just played another three games and it’s happened again. How much SP is available for squad battles?? And you struggle to finish a game!.At this point playing squad battles is about as pointless as EA having a customer service department.

A shame no one with any customer service focus, or ability to advise on issues monitors these forums. The only sensible help is from other players. The EA staff here only know how to ask questions, occasionally, and link you to stuff about your own connection. Don’t know why EA have these forums.

This needs fixed ASAP. two months now and no fix. Just happened three times to me after scoring a goal shortly after a free kick.

They’re been asking the same questions for months. In the meantime the game is unusable for a lot of customers. We are asking for an update. That thread has been live for 21 days with no EA follow up at all If they came back to say they’d looked into it and they’ve no idea why it’s happening I’d have more respect for that. Again, it hasn’t impacted you so why do you care? Go and enjoy your perfect game.

Amen. I’m going to keep posting about it every day as a paying customer who is being ignored. This is supposed to be a forum to get some help. If I get banned for trying to get help then please everyone experiencing this keep the pressure on. We just want the game and the players we’ve paid for. This is costing us every week in progress, time, money, enjoyment….

As predicted, they are now deleting my threads asking for an update on this. This is what EA thinks of customers that have spent hundreds of pounds and would like to know why they can’t properly use the product.
