optimization problem

Every time an update comes out for this game or for Nvidia, it starts to lag and hang. It is the most played game in the world, but it does nothing but lag and hang constantly. I can never, ever play the game smoothly with a 4070 graphics card and an i9 processor. Can such a ridiculous situation be possible? Do I have to deal with this all the time? We pay a lot of money but there is still no improvement. I started playing ultimate team in 2021. Can a group of employees never do anything right? The only thing they should do is ensure that the game is played healthily, but there is no. You can only be this incompetent. I have played continuously with computers above average for 5 games, but nothing has changed.
