This game is anti-fun & anti-casual.
Look at Rush, I go on today and it's a circus. Whether it's people rubbing banding, dropping controllers at kick off or just into business for themselves.
What I mean by going into business for themselves is having "Get X Amount of Assists", I'm sitting here watching me opponents spam passes in the box until someone takes a shot so they can get an assist, nobody wanted to score, lol. There literally throwing games to complete some annoying objective. And it's EA's fault. They turn every mode into a cesspool.
It took me an hour just to get 2 assists because everyone is hellbent on completely these objectives.
Friendlies are a sweat fest, Rivals sweat fest, Champs you can expect it because it's a pool of players who qualify for it but there's ZERO reprieve other than some boring friendlies.
It's become a by-product of solely listening muh pros who have an invested interest in keeping the status quo of this game going & neglecting the wider community.
They barely even touched defense with this new patch, lol. Players still fly in and recover instantly/tackle you from behind even players with no defensive stats can out muscle DM's, CB' s & Fullbacks. 5ATB is still completely OP. No stamina drain. No inertia. No penalties for being a rubbish defender. A.I. still picks up the slack for you, intercepts balls with their go-go gadget lets, tackles for them, outruns attackers from standing positions, glide around the pitch like footballs on ice.
Ok you increase the likelihood of a 1 v 1 situation being a goal. Cool. But it's just more catnip for counter attackers. Attackers still get owned in the box if you play build up play.

Allegedly attackers flow into space, didn't even notice.
Nearly every single problem listed in this thread still exists.
EDIT: 6 Games in champs, 5 go to extra time. 3 games at 0-0, 2 at 1-1. Attackers providing ZERO support, gliding offside constantly, passes being guided into the foot/head of defenders, Bale & 88 Adama getting pocketed by defenders who cede nearly 20 pace points, the only goals have been the bog standard bobbly fluke your way through a defender high press goals late in the game, can't even create a half a second of space.
Just stop playing and hope next patch addresses these issues.

Don't let the ultimate team grind bait you into keep playing this crap, you will be able to catch up super easy if you just sell your team and invest in totw's.
Game is *. Too bad we spent money on it and can't have fun. Move on for now.
- @Scumbagdary Luckily I stopped spending extra money on this trash last year. I mainly have my X-Box to play football and at this point in time there's no valid second option. And I have no problem moaning about this rubbish game until the end of time.
