Player pick glitch! Lost an Eusebio TOTY because of a game error

I had a player pick +86 as season rewards. I got Eusebio toty, selected him but the game decided to give me a player that was not selected. I spoke with support and they say they can't do nothing. ...

@cardon4t0r You have selected Trent Alexander Arnold gold card from your picture and not Eusebio TOTY card. I have highlighted with red arrow your selection.
