Player Switching Is Totally Broken, Manual and Automatic

I thought I had found a fix for the player switching, it seemed to work a lot better yesterday after I had made a few tweaks to my graphics settings, I managed to increase my fps and I thought that was perhaps the issue. Then this morning I've lost 3 games in a row, 2 of them I should have won. I was on top, ahead on goals then all of a sudden when my opponent was on the attack, player switching didn't work, it didn't even automatically switch either so all I had was white triangles above the heads of my players. It's an absolute joke that EA take money from people for preorders knowing their game was still in development stage. It should never have been released in this state! You spend over £50 on a game, you expect it to work properly when you buy it. 

You wouldn't buy a car, take it home, find out the brakes aren't working properly, complain to the dealership and they say, "It's fine, we will fix that whenever". It shouldn't need updates and patches. If it doesn't work properly, then delay the release. I'm sure the community would be happy with that, if the game was going to be released without issues. It's obviously not been through rigourous testing. Because if it had it would never have been released in this state.
