Players are going into the rush game mode and not playing to farm the rewards.
They hold down some movement control and just run off the park for the full game so they don't get kicked.
There needs to be a way to remove these people from the game. At least the bots play.
Yep, absolutely, I reported one after a game that he didn't play at all.
Clearly didn't help as his name wasn't offensive.
You can only report for bad chats or illegal activity and stuff.. this is a clear 'don't' in the positive play charter by EA, and they state that there can be consequences but unless they allow us to actually report that behaviour, I don't see how they will serve consequences to users that we can't report.
I personally love Rush and enjoy playing it..but I think 10-20% of the time there's one in the opponents team, or in my own that only plays as long as they're winning or doesn't play at all, the whole game.
Fair enough, with 3 pushing players you could still play a fun game.. unfair..but fun.. but often the one that's not playing opens offside completely and then there's no way you can close the gap.
This is a big issue for RUSH..

Surely we shouldn't be reported for playing badly.. because skills is a tricky thing..but not playing at all.. or only while you're up?

Hell yeah! I meet a player like that every third game. It really makes the other teammates mad as hell because there is still a chance to win despite being behind. But all the players like that are interested in is claiming the rewards without doing anything.
Absolutely. Sometimes you still win but you should be able to vote him out of points if all 3 others vote or something.

Reporting players usernames in these forums is not a good idea and certainly not the solution so please refrain from doing so.
Yes it is an annoying issue that we are all experiencing and so I think it's fair to say that we can hope for a fix more than anything else.
The best thing to do until there is a fix, to avoid the problem, is to try and form a group of 4 friends whenever you can.
Not sure why that would not be a good idea.
I realise it isn’t a solution but as long as you only post names that actually didn’t play you’re doing nothing wrong.
If anything, they are being toxic in their approach to Rush.
but yeah. Unlikely that I will check names here before we match up. Also while matching up we cannot change anymore anyway.

Afk is, unfortunately, a part of the game. Ea allow it and on occasion encourage it. Humans respond to incentives, if you can get something for nothing people will take it.
