Players stolen from team by ea
EA banned me for no reason and then after dispute they overturned it rightly so.
But to add insult to injury when I logged back on half of my team was missing all the tradable players worth a high value over 8 million coins. Got by pack luck and grinding the rewards and objectives etc.
My team before I got banned was a 93 overall and can name every player , after I got access after ban my teams been wiped out. EA are only ones with access in the period they banned me , so is that your game now stealing players from people after they have invested good money into ea FC points for packs and getting good luck , and grinding a long time into game to make a top squad.
You know it's illegal to steal from people , you have a cheek to accuse people of cheating when you guys are the biggest cheats alive , fraudsters , stealing people's property.
I have contacted and will continue to contact until I get is what is mine back , it's one thing being wrongly accused of things and put through stress you have to fight my corner , never mind to get players stolen from me.
No more excuses EA this is shambolic , you are breaching consumer rights , you are behaving fraudulently. What sort of massive operation does not have direct contact channels ie a phone number , only a poxy raise a case , where you might wait ages for a reply and mostly it's generic rubbish and never solving the problem , your answer scam companies do that.
Can't start to voice my unhappiness and how I have been mistreated and put alot of money into your franchise. I am posting here to try and get some sort of resolution maybe you can speak to your colleagues to get my case sorted , get me my players back , and compensation on top.
Also want every gamer to see this and be aware of what EA does to loyal paying customers , how it seems you reward loyalty , fair play and sticking by the rules , with bans , sanctions and stealing.
But if your actually a hacker or a cheat you get away without a scratch , when you report cheaters all you get is we reviewed your report and this time we have taken no action. God all you need to do is go on YouTube and it's rife of cheaters flaunting there accounts , coins , people paying people to make there teams better or play games for them alsorts.
Your anti cheat software is about as useful as an ashtray on a moving motorbike , it's severely bugged like your game has been since release , yet you are too stubborn to admit when you are wrong , face it EA you are in the wrong and punishing loyal fair gamers , you are ruining the fun of playing ea FC , you are pushing gamers away and ultimately sinking your own franchise.
And would not be surprised if you had alot of law suits on your doorstep , especially stealing things from people.
Why are you all so incompetent at a game that's been about for a long time ? On software and servers that have barely changed , it baffles me , it seems year on year your customer service deteriorates , and this tos team I am starting to think it's just a couple of guys in a room , with a quota to ban so many people to get there wage , make up fake excuses and accusations , with no evidence , as they have to investigate after they ban you and you appeal , investigation should be done prior to ban , they refuse to give you any reasoning. Corruption at a higher level.
Shame on you EA ! Everything I have said I have evidence of it , yet everything you say or do EA you have none it's all falsified , maybe the loss of millions of pounds that you have undergone should be an eye opener , you need to change EA ! And quickly.
