It's been 48 hours since you wrongfully banned me

It's been 48 hours since you wrongfully banned me, how long will it take to resolve my complaint.

I've heard that a lot of players have been wrongfully banned by you guys lately simply because they quit the game in the middle of the game, and you know that after a big score, players get frustrated and they will naturally quit the game because continuing the game will make them more miserable.

And I personally never quit a match of my own accord, it was all operated by my opponent, should I be banned because I beat my opponent causing him to quit the match as well?

So back to the original question, how long will it take for you guys to process and finish my complaint and unban me for the error?

Hi there. If you submitted a dispute, ToS should be responding within a couple of days of submitting it. If you don't get a response, open a new case and ask an advisor to check on it. Follow the instructions here for opening a case.

If you did get a response, but the ban wasn't overturned, you're welcome to submit another dispute. This can be done up to 3 times. This article has instructions for that.

Thanks for the quick reply, you are much faster than the people who manage the complaints.

It's been 48 hours and still no clear reply, I'm sure they're going to be very busy these days with that idiotic banning system automatically banning a lot of innocent players.

  • just got banned again for my second time in 2 months for "buying coins". Wait like 3 days for a reply, ban doesn't get lifted. I guess selling futties cards for min price is suspicious. 😂

It's been 72 hours and the CASE is still showing “Waiting for Studio” with no progress.

I'll be updating here every 24 hours to see how efficiently EA is treating a player who pre-ordered the FC26 Ultimate Edition complaining about the problem.

PS: The tutorial you gave me doesn't even have a button to submit a new CASE, so if you can give me a direct link to submit a CASE, maybe I'll go ahead and submit a complaint.

But EA made the button disappear and we have to “wait for Studio”.

You can submit a case at help.ea.com. They can't assist with bans though.

You can use your earned coins in-game to buy items in the store and Transfer Market. Buying coins or items from 3rd parties is against the Terms of Service and can very well get your account actioned.

  • Community manager please tell the higher ups, their update messed everything.

I'm now locking this thread as we cannot help with bans over the EA Forums. My response here has details for submitting a dispute.
