pro club glitch for leveling up

my level is 95

and i got more than 130 points

i am using LM build . the max rate which i can reach is 83 !!! how it come ?

besides my player speed is 96 but i feel that i cant run enough and reach my max speed while the team who against us can pass my player easly !!
