Problem purchasing

Hello @EA_Poppy ,

I purchased the game FC 25 , and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, when I launched the game, not all the menus appeared.

When I click on the "Upgrade" option, I receive the following message:
“There was a problem purchasing this item. Please try again.”

I have been facing this issue for two weeks now.

    What platform did you purchase FC 25 on? If it has been on console, then please reach out to either Xbox or PlayStation support.
