Problems with the Be Immortal Objective and the Immortality EVO

What happened to me was the following:

I completed 5 Champions knockout matches. With that, the Be Immortal objective should have ended and I should have received the EVO to raise my Be Immortal card to over 92.

After that, I should have applied the Immortality DME item to the card and been able to raise the card to over 94.

The problem is that, with the bug of not counting the 5 knockout wins, I can't go ahead and apply the Immortality EVO.

Since I've already qualified for the Champions, I can't play extra knockout matches anymore.

In addition, I can't call EA in the chat. There's no option that allows me to talk in the chat.
