Purchasing FC 25 in a sub account PS five family network

Question

Hi, we have a main account and my son’s account on our PS5. We’re trying to purchase FC 25 under my son’s account, but it won’t allow us to do so. However, we are able to make the purchase using the main account. We want to buy the game under my son’s account so that he receives all the FC points. Could you please help us resolve this issue?

Hey&nbsp;@gerardgrundyIf your son is below the minimum age requirement, it will not be possible to complete the purchase on that account, even with parental approval. Certain features are restricted based on legal requirements. You can find more information about this on our website.
