Hello, this morning I recieved a beta code for the new EAFC25, I am downloading it on my console and it is downloading the ps4 version and not the ps5 version when I am on ps5. I contacted ea chat and they said to create a post here. Thanks for your help.
I got the beta code and when I entered it on my ps5 i got the ps4 version
The solution seems incredibly simple to me: Give everyone a dual-entitlement Beta code. If you sent a PS4 code, make that also unlock the PS5 beta as well. If you sent Xbox One, send Xbox Series S/X as well.
absolute joke that this is not being dealt with me and many others had ps5 only as selected yet was given a ps4 code last year I was given a ps5 one whats different this year?
