Yeah Thursday 10th August in 2023. Presume second Thursday of month will mean 8th, though I do think the 15th for some reason seems more likely?
- @scfatotboyland 15th doesn't seem to leave long. Beta only usually lasts until 1st Sept so that's only like 2 week rather than the 3 week we got last year. I'm hoping it's the 8th! I've got a good feeling about this year! Prem rescan 🤞

I agree - also dreading the beta and seeing how many scans have been missed. And then having to wait until the winter update. Beta Tuesday apparently
I'm really excited for the beta to see new faces. I can pre plan some career modes.
No matter what they do in terms of scans it will always leave disappointment but from the trailers it looks like there could be some exiting players scanned

Where is the beta being confirmed for Tuesday
- @mickjacobjr People saying on twitter/x that it's coming Tuesday but they we're also saying the career mode deep dive was last Friday and was wrong about that so I'm not buying into it lol
Nothing confirmed I’ve seen. But some rumours hence me saying apparently. Unlikely - I’m expecting this Thursday or next Thursday
As we close in on the beta this year I'm just thinking back to the beta last year and the massive disappointment of no new prem scans. As we got through the season the addition of the Serie A scans really helped to turn FC 24 around but at release just the partial La Liga scans we're a massive disappointment but I did manage to have plenty of fun with Espanyol, Real Sociedad and a couple of other La Liga teams in career mode. Later in the cycle I enjoyed using Juve and Fiorentina. My favourite career modes are always EFL and prem teams so I'm really hoping the prem is fully scanned!
Happy beta day. Whet number of new faces will you be happy with? Brand new scans on players never scanned before.
with scans in PL, more serie a, a few Bundesliga, promoted la liga teams and surely more from last year they never came out with. Also Rangers and Celtic and maybe a few more random. Not expecting full ligue 1 scan but expecting a few sides scans.I’ll go 250 new ones for me to be happy
500 new ones at launch should be the MINIMUM target each game..
We probably have about 200+ held back already!
Then see who they give Customs too..
Also see what players they generate faces for with pictures using Cranium..

what a fantastic start to beta day! The obvious PSG rescan but Mainoo is a fab addition and so is Yoro. Really looking forward to seeing all the new faces!
