After reading that, unless they realise I did nothing wrong and unban me, I probably can’t play FC25 might as well cancel it, thanks for help

It’s definitely worth submitting an appeal if you believe there has been a mistake and it sounds like you do! I popped the details on how you can do that in my first message, so do give it a go.
In the meantime, if your ban hasn't been overturned and it's one that'll carry over to the next game, I think you're right; it might be best to hold off on pre-ordering until you can see about appealing the ban.
