Georgia is one, but Albania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Türkiye are also absent, all teams that were in the 2024 Euros installment. I'm not sure how licensing works, but I would suggest that having them for the Euros game mode would also enable EA to put them in the full game (available in Career Mode).

Other national teams would also be much appreciated, especially non-European national teams.

Let us use the create a club feature in settings mode please, so for example we can create these clubs ourself
