What I don't like is the fact that after I have purchased my game, I have to have internet service, or go online just to play my game. I do not like this and it should change back to the way it was. Not everyone has, or could afford internet service. Why should I not be able to play a game I've purchased, because someone decided that I needed to get internet service to play. This is unacceptable!

I have an issue which I can’t seem to resolve and I’m trying to contact ea via email and live chat but it seems I’m being sent on a wild goose chase. The live chat says someone is coming to help me but I’m waiting hours!

My account has been hacked and the email attached has been changed. My hacked ea account is linked to my psn account so I can’t do anything regarding ea games ie BF6. I desperately need someone from ea to contact me to help. I am having no luck getting hold of them. The customer care side of EA is shocking.

Hey so I’ve been looking everyone for at least one link to get to live chat. Is there a reason why every single one you EA community managers links a download that goes nowhere and doesn’t download.
