Hi i accidentally bought ea fc points on ea fc 24 and i want to transfer them to ea fc 25! Plz help as i didnt get the pop up message to transfer them

I’m having an issue as well didn’t realize the option to transfer and canceled it by accident can I still redeem my coins… how can I contact ea?

Can a section moderator explain how to submit a report? I see more people having this problem. My coins have not been transferred yet despite the in-game information. It's ridiculous what's going on here.

Having the same problem I have points on fc 24 yet was never given the prompt to transfer them over to 25. Need updates!
