Hey @tiamo1222,

The Hero pack was an early preorder incentive that ended on August 21st  4pm UTC, and the 250,000 Clubs coins are for the Clubs game mode, not Ultimate Team.

    What can I do to get the hero pack I'm missing, I bought the game the 19. this month and have yet to receive it, when I tried asking EA advisors they say they can't don anything and to contact the seller. I bought the game through the EA app on PC.

    Hey @TheMetalMusician,

    Again, the hero pack was an early preorder incentive that ended on August 21st 4pm UTC. If you preorderd on the 19th of September, then you won't get the hero player.
