So after spending 3 weeks of my life grinding this game to death, opening hundreds and hundreds of packs, countless player picks, completing every bit of content provided I have 0 to show for my time apart from a load of junk that doesn't go anywhere near my team I have to ask, how can you (EA) honestly think this is OK?
It is disgusting and quite frankly I'm equally angry and depressed at this situation.
I want a way to remove promo material from all menu's as it is causing me mental harm.

I've been waiting all year for this as well, and since I can't play online modes, I've been scraping and clawing for upgrade packs to save for this week. I managed to get Vivian and Angeldahl about 25 times each, and the standouts were a Liga Portugal LW and GK.
What I'll say is, the harder the battle, the sweeter the victory. And please before you let the game take you down take the game out, it's not worthy of your frustration. All the best to you!
