Red card suspension never goes away

Hi I was playing ultimate team where one of my players got a red card and several games later the player still has a red card suspension. Even after putting him in reserves.

I found out how to take over the enemy team
I figured out a way to take over the enemy team and basically guarantee a win ... its consistent but did it on accident at first. Should i report this somewhere or what should i do?
