redeemed objective and wont send to club so cant open packs

Question

i redeemed a tattoo i think it was from the season pass for clubs and player career mode i think and its on my unassigned and any time i&nbsp; try to claim it, it fails and i cant get rid of it meaning i cant open any packs. any idea what to do? i assume its because i dont have access to career mode or clubs so it wont let me claim it but i want to open packs.

@Kbardz Exact same issue here, claimed an objective that I can’t even ‘see’ and now cannot claim that item to access the store….😑

yeah my 'item' i have in my unassigned is just a bronze card that says unlock. so annoying, i want to open my packs&nbsp;😕

@Kbardz Seems it’s been about for the few days it’s been out, so not too sure if it’s going to be sorted anytime soon 😔🤫

yeah probably not mate, only thing i can think of is maybe when you unlock every mode, it might be fixed then and we can claim it? not sure but opening packs is the most fun thing in the beta and i cant even do it lol
