Redeeming item bug

Had a bug occur after redeeming a vanity item as one of the rewards for the season pass. It's showing as a bronze card titled "Unlock". it can be neither discarded or redeemed, attempting to redeem it just results in a message saying "unable to connect to the ea fc 25 store please try again later". Any other packs in the store are unable to be opened as it says I have things to deal with in the store, and the cycle continues.
