Refund

I bought a couple packs for the sims 4 two days ago. When i bought them I went through klarna and at first it didn’t go through so i assumed it failed and tried again. When i checked my bank account this morning i have two charges from EA. Is there a way to refund one of the orders? they are the exact same i just accidentally bought them twice
