Bug Icon +88 SBC

Yesterday I completed a guaranteed +88 Icon SBC and everything was fine until I sent the last +86 squad, 

As I sent the squad the game froze for few seconds and after that they decided to not give the Icon pick for no reason.

I already been in contact with EA support, they said that I should wait 24h and see if it appears but I already waited and there’s nothing here.

I would really appreciate getting the Icon player pick that I deserve or at least some kind of compensation as I know the squads I already sent for the SBC cannot be recovered,

I’ll be waiting for response
