Reported issue being unresolved for over 2 weeks

I have bought the 90+icon pack in Traditional Chinese version on 8 Dec but I still did not receive the compensation pack. It’s already 2 weeks after others received the pack and I have reported this case for 2 weeks already but still no reply.
