Request for Refund Assistance – EAFC 25 Game Purchase

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance with an unresolved issue regarding my purchase of the game EAFC 25 on 14th January 2025.

Unfortunately, after purchasing the game, I realized that it did not run properly on my computer due to the high specifications required. I promptly returned the game by 15th January 2025 and requested a refund. However, my refund request was unsuccessful.

Following this, I reached out for help on the EA Help website and was assisted by a staff member named Rameen. While Rameen assured me that my refund would be processed, the request failed again, and I have yet to receive the refund.

Now, I am unable to seek further assistance through the EA Help portal because the option to get help is no longer available, likely due to the prior requests I’ve made. I have retained screenshots of my correspondence with Rameen, where they confirmed that the refund would be issued to my account.

I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and would appreciate any support you can provide to ensure that my refund is processed promptly.

EA is not refunding my money at least give me the game back. Please EA it is showing I have to buy again in EA app. Please help anyone. What is this scam. You took my money for the game now I am not getting the refund also no game is showing in my library.
