Requesting Human Review – Mistaken Suspension Over Username

I recently received a 72-hour suspension on my EA account due to a violation claim — “Drugs & Alcohol Misuse” in FC 25. I believe this was a misunderstanding related to my username: <removed>

I’ve used this username for years without any issue, and it was accepted by the system!!! during registration.

I’ve already submitted a case appeal via EA Help (Case #211127906), but I’m worried the review process may take longer than the suspension itself.

I kindly request a human advisor to review the case before it is auto-closed.

I fully respect EA’s Rules of Conduct and am happy to adjust my username or take any necessary action to prevent future issues.

Please let me know if there’s any way I can speak directly with a support agent (not a chatbot). I really appreciate your understanding.

    Hey olOSUPREMEOlo​,

    Just as a heads up, I've edited your post to remove some of the details. If a username resulted in a ban or suspension, it'd be best to avoid posting that here as well. As we are not able to review appeals on the forums, we wouldn't be the ones to use that information for any decisions regarding the ban, so creating an appeal as you've already done would be the best step.

    Live chat is not available for ToS issues as they'll simply review the information in your appeal and our own records for what took place, but it's definitely worth noting that appeals to our Terms of Service team are handled by people. You can keep an eye out here for a reply once they've had a chance to review the situation, thanks for the patience while they're taking a look.

    Hello,

    I still haven’t received any response, and I believe my account was mistakenly suspended.

    Because of this, I’ve already missed the chance to claim some in-game rewards — including a player evolution that has probably expired by now.

    This situation feels quite unfair, and I sincerely hope EA will review my case and consider compensation for the lost content.
