Requesting Human Review – Mistaken Suspension Over Username
I recently received a 72-hour suspension on my EA account due to a violation claim — “Drugs & Alcohol Misuse” in FC 25. I believe this was a misunderstanding related to my username: <removed>
I’ve used this username for years without any issue, and it was accepted by the system!!! during registration.
I’ve already submitted a case appeal via EA Help (Case #211127906), but I’m worried the review process may take longer than the suspension itself.
I kindly request a human advisor to review the case before it is auto-closed.
I fully respect EA’s Rules of Conduct and am happy to adjust my username or take any necessary action to prevent future issues.
