Community ManagerHave you tried to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game to reset your settings?
If that will not resolve the issue, you can also back up and delete the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
