Reset Password Glitch

Over the past month, I have accessed FC 25 daily, but on two occasions, most recently today and approximately two weeks prior, I encountered a prompt incorrectly indicating inactivity and requiring a password reset. This issue persists even after dismissing the prompt and attempting to access Ultimate Team, resulting in repeated password reset email notifications.

What is the cause of this system malfunction that repeatedly fails to recognize my previous login sessions, incorrectly assumes extended periods of inactivity, and subsequently mandates password resets for access?
