Restricted from Online Features’ in FC25 Demo
I’m stuck in a weird limbo with the FC 25 Free Showcase Demo and could really use some help. Here’s my situation: When I try to play the demo on Steam or EA App, I get this error: “This EA account ...
So, with that error, it's not your game or the EA app; it is the account itself. It may not be an actual ban, but anytime you get an error that this account is restricted, it is either a sanction on the account or the account could be in a specific status.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
