Hi,Can anyone playing the ea fc 25 beta please let us know if restrictive matchmaking works in Online Seasons? If i pick a 4 star team, will the game give me games with 5 star teams like Man City, Real Madrid, Liverpool? If restrictive matchmaking works, it should not.There are many Online Seasons players who are extremely annoyed that restrictive matchmaking did not work in EA FC 24. Despite us raising the issue on this forum and with the developers, we were ignored and treated like trash. We therefore do not want to spend 90 euros for it not to work again. Can someone please be kind enough to test it out and let us know? Thank you very much.

If they had fixed matchmaking they would have made it clear. Best to assume the usual position where at least 50% if games are fixed against you due to the quality of your opponent. Pay your money or not on this basis.

Will this problem be solved ? I’m only a season player. Won’t Buy the game if not. @EA_Pulsar could we know please ?

Let's be real here and use some common sense. When I play Seasons my preference is to play as Leeds United or Bristol City, Leeds being 4 star and I forgot what City's is, anyways, it's very rare I come up against someone else with a 4 star team. There are factors at play here. Not only does there have to be someone else choosing to play a game at the same time as you with a 4 star team, but also in similar division. Yes the system in flawed, but it's basing it off skill level of the player as well as the team and finding someone pressing play at the same time..if they kept you waiting for someone else with a 4 star team you'd complain about how long it takes to get a match. Of course the system is flawed and there are lots which EA need to improve on, but for this personally I'd say it's a community issue, because everyone wants to play with Mbappe.Fyi this is not me having a go, but realistically I don't think this is something EA can improve unless more players play Seasons and pick lower rated teams

Hey guys, does at least the control filter work? Or manual players still get paired with semi/auto opponebts? Thanks.

Still playing as Chelsea. Meeting Galatasaray, Sporting, Athletic Bilbao. I left my search for a while last night (current Div5) and it put me up against Bayern. Was tired to backed out of that one. But I would play them normally.

We open a bug report about matchmaking for fc24 already in october 23........ then no reply and no fix has been made for fc24 , do you really think that they will fix it for fc25...... they are not interested in season becuase they want to mygr4te pleayers to Ultimat3 t3am. there is a in game purchase option there and they earn lots from U T ...... sorry to break you hopes like that. fc24 was exatly the same. I have been in touch will all pro players , checking emails and social profiles, nobody replied. I have been taking this issue seriously and put lot of effort in it, because I think it is not fair that a 60 £ game ahs this massive issue. try to search for thos issue outside this forum, you find nothing. nobody found a soution or fix to this problem otherwise the solution would have been posted already. ......... all thing you find online if you search are fix to UT non finding matches or other not relevant issue.

Horrible that no one is taking care of this issue. When I choose 3.5 team I dont want to play against mbappe kids every time. I spent a lot of money for a game thats not working properly.
