Rivals Connection Issue

I am currently hugely disappointed with my FC25 experience. Prior to the new season, I had no issues with connectivity. 

However, since the new update, every Rivals game I play lags. The connection will drop in and out making games virtually unplayable.  

My PC or Wifi have had ZERO issues before and I have checked I am getting WIFI speeds of 300-500mb/s. 

Is anyone else having these issues? Or know of a way to sort this out, because as its stands playing the game in basically impossible
