SBC reward not showing

Hi all, I have completed the OSMANE DEMBELE SBC this morning and the reward is now showing in my club or transfer list (untraceable item anyway) and it is also not on my quick sell recovery. How do I go about getting this reward? The SBC is showing as completed and I have nothing to show for it. Any suggestions please, thank you.
